Further information

General note [S.l.], [s.n.], 1638
The other copy of this organ part, in GB DRc MS A2, is written in A minor. According to Richard Hird, Durham Cathedral organs (Durham, 1991), there were multiple organs at Durham during Hooper's lifetime, possibly these parts are for two differently-tuned instruments
This part is from the service known as the 'Third Service with verses' (EECM) or 'Verse Service' (The New Grove, 2nd ed.)
Magnificat-Nunc Dimittis
A modern edition of this work, edited by Le Huray, was published by Oxford University Press, 1963
